Roles and Responsibilities:
Helping Mettl in formulating and implementing the International Sales strategy for Japan.
– Translating website and assessment content in Japanese
– Prospecting clients and potential business partners in japan from The marketing leads provided
– Managing sales CRM and using multiple analytical & reporting tools to support decisions
– Working closely with Product, Marketing & Technology team
– Identifying new business lines and researching on the expansion plans of the company internationally.
Qualification and Skills:
– Extrovert with good reading/writing and communication skills in Japanese and English.
– Good analytical skills and ability to work with data
– Strong business acumen, with ability to share insights that drive results and customer value.
– Pro-activeness, seeking a new professional challenge and a role with enormous potential for knowledge growth in the SaaS ecosystem.
– Quick Learner and must be able to demonstrate the passion to work in a start-up environment
